Deep - A control surface for AI coding agents

Overview

Deep is an open-source plugin that turns your Stream Deck+ into a physical control surface for the Claude (and compatible) AI coding agents you run in Orca. Watch several agents at a glance on an 8-key status board, tap a key to jump straight to that session, turn the dials to change model & effort, and dictate instructions by voice.

8-key status board — color shows each session's state (working, waiting, done, error)
Tap a key to jump to that session — Orca comes to the front automatically
Done & waiting sessions announce themselves with a background glow
Model dial — switch between opus, sonnet, haiku
Effort dial — adjust reasoning effort
Talk dial — dictate instructions by voice (on-device STT)
Target dial — move focus across sessions
