Terms of Service - Akashic Record

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BYJW.Studio ("the Company") and users of the Akashic Record service ("the Service").

2. Service Overview

Akashic Record is a web-based AI prompt sharing platform that provides the following features:

Creating, sharing, and searching AI prompts
Writing reviews and ratings for prompts
Sharing skills, MCP servers, AI tools, templates, and showcase content
Following creators and receiving notifications
Google / Apple social login

3. User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Using the service for illegal purposes
Posting content that infringes on others' copyrights or intellectual property rights
Posting false information, spam, or malicious content
Interfering with the normal operation of the service
Collecting or infringing on others' personal information without authorization
Mass content scraping using automated tools

4. Content Copyright

The copyright of prompts and content posted by users on the Service belongs to the respective users. However, by posting content, users are deemed to have granted permission for other users to view and copy prompts within the Service.

The Company may use user content for service operation, promotion, and improvement.

5. Service Limitations

The Company may limit service provision in the following cases:

When system maintenance, repair, or updates are required
When third-party service failures (Supabase, Vercel, etc.) make service provision difficult
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies

6. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for the following:

The accuracy or legality of content posted by users
Disputes between users or damages resulting from content usage
Service interruptions due to failures or changes in third-party services
Account security issues caused by the user's own negligence

7. Account Management

Users are responsible for securely managing their account information. The Company is not responsible for the security of users' social login accounts.

The Company may restrict or delete a user's account in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms
Repeated posting of inappropriate content
Actions that cause harm to other users

8. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms if necessary. Updated Terms will be announced through the service or this page. If you do not agree with the changes, you may discontinue use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes related to the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
